[ How do we tag? ]
The whole tagging process starts from your tagboard. When someone, let's name him Mr X for simplicity sake, tag on your tagboard, we 'return the favour' by tagging on Mr X's tagboard too.

Then we monitor the traffic at Mr X's tagboard and tag anyone who just tagged Mr X, probably Miss Y. And we shift next to monitor Miss Y's tagboard traffic. Thus, the cycle continues till the amount of tags you purchased is used up.

This ensures that 'live' traffic is delivered to your blog instanteously, and what's better, you get to choose the timeslot that you prefer, isn't it great? =D

[ NOTE: ]
To further ensure that the network coverage is maximised, the tags will be split up into multiple timeslots. After we have completed the tagging at every timeslot, an indivdual report will be sent to you. So there will be more than 1 report sent to you stating how the tags were used. =)

[ Why manual tagging? ]
Automated tagging allows you to tag many tagboards all round the clock 24/7. But truth is, up to as much as 50% of the bloglist in automated tagging systems are possibly inactive. Imagine tagging on a dead blog, does it bring you an effectively good traffic flow? I'd say 'No'.

On the contrary, every single tag in manual tagging is utilized to maintain a much preferred 'live' network. This network brings in active traffic for you which in turn can be converted into sales. No wastage of tags on dead blogs at all!
